Tesco Colleague tools

OneCEC is a brand new, all-in-one customer service platform for the Tesco call centre. It consolidates over ten legacy systems into one intuitive, efficient, and reliable platform.

Tesco Colleague Tools

Tesco call centre CSMs relied on up to 10 outdated systems per customer interaction, leading to long call times and just 57% customer satisfaction. To address this, Tesco launched OneCEC, a unified platform designed to streamline workflows and replace all legacy systems. I led the UI design as Senior UI Designer, crafting an intuitive interface to support faster, more efficient customer service.

PlayStation Wrap-up

PlayStation Wrap-Up is an annual digital campaign that lets players relive their year in gaming through personalised stats, milestones, and shareable content. It’s become a much-anticipated part of the PlayStation calendar, engaging millions of users globally.

PlayStation Wrap-up

I led the UX and UI design for the first few iterations of Wrap-Up, shaping how player data was visualised and interacted with. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, I crafted experiences that balanced brand, clarity, and delight. The goal was to make data feel personal, celebratory, and worth sharing.

Tesco Clubcard Unpacked

Tesco Clubcard Unpacked is an annual personalised experience that gives Clubcard members a detailed look at their shopping habits over the past year. From most-bought items to favourite meal deal combos and total savings, it transforms everyday data into fun, shareable insights, all accessed via the Tesco app.

As Senior UI Designer, I was responsible for designing the full user interface and storyboarding end-to-end user journeys. I also took on the role of sole motion designer, creating animated sequences using Figma and After Effects to bring key moments to life. The goal was to make the experience feel engaging, intuitive, and as rewarding as the data it revealed.

Tesco 30 Years of Clubcard

Tesco celebrated the 30th anniversary of its iconic Clubcard loyalty programme with a nostalgic update to the app. To commemorate the milestone, users were given the option to toggle a classic Clubcard design on their main screen, complete with an animation that transformed their current card into the retro design, adding a playful, personal touch to the experience.

Tesco 30 Years of Clubcard

As Senior UI Designer and sole motion designer, I designed the app interface and created the motion graphics for the animation, which triggered when users selected the classic Clubcard design. The challenge was to maintain the app's seamless functionality while introducing a fun, nostalgic element that aligned with Tesco’s celebratory campaign.

Tesco Account Dashboard

The Tesco Account Dashboard is the central hub where users manage their personal information, addresses, preferences, and security settings. Previously a basic list of disconnected links, the page lacked clarity, consistency, and a user-focused structure — prompting a complete design overhaul to improve usability and engagement.

As the sole Senior UI Designer on the project, I led the visual redesign, working closely with a UX Designer to reimagine the entire experience. My focus was on creating a clean, accessible interface that gave users a clearer sense of control and hierarchy, turning a once confusing page into a streamlined, intuitive dashboard.

Tesco E-Stamps

E‑Stamps is an app-exclusive Tesco feature that allows customers to collect digital stamps with qualifying purchases. Once enough stamps are collected, users can unlock campaign-specific products at discounted prices, with added rewards in the form of bonus Clubcard points.

As Senior UI Designer, I led the end-to-end visual design of the feature, collaborating with Research and a UX Copywriter to ensure clarity, simplicity, and engagement throughout the experience. My focus was on creating a rewarding, mobile-first journey that clearly tracked progress and made earning rewards feel seamless and satisfying.

PlayStation Store Redesign

In 2012, PlayStation launched a full redesign of the PlayStation Store for PS3 to meet the growing demand for digital games. With more players purchasing content online, the store required a more modern, intuitive experience optimised for increased traffic and discoverability. The redesign not only transformed the PS3 store but also laid the foundation for the PS4 store experience.

PlayStation Store Redesign

As Senior Digital Designer, I worked closely with PlayStation Store teams and developers in the US and Japan to reimagine the store’s UI for console. My focus was on designing scalable, user-friendly interface patterns that worked within platform constraints while supporting a rapidly growing catalogue of digital content. The work helped define a system-ready design language fit for the future of console commerce.
